Clint Brandon

Owner/Electrician - Red Seal Journeyman

Clint, an Airdrie native started his electrical apprenticeship in 2010 with an oil and gas company building E-Houses, MCC rooms, as well as control rooms. Specialty tasks included several different types of Fire Alarm. In 2015, he moved to a different oil and gas company. Here he was placed as a lead hand for several night shifts. This position taught him leadership, problem solving, troubleshooting, and organization.

He has been first aid trained by Flatline Responses Inc. In Calgary, Alberta.

He also has experience operating machinery such as skid steer, forklift, zoom booms, overhead cranes, and aerial work platforms.

He used to teach Fall Arrest and Aerial Work Platform to adult learners. A prerequisite to this position was a Basic Instructional Technique course.  This skill has made him more comfortable with public speaking, as well as recognizing and assessing dangers associated with the usage of these certifications on the job site.

Taggart Jacob

Owner/Electrician - Red Seal Journeyman

Taggart, an Airdrie native started his electrical apprenticeship in 2012 with a small commercial electrical company doing mosting renovations, new installations and service. He completed all tasks such as bending EMT, pulling wire, splicing junction boxes, tying in panels, installing outlets and different lighting applications. Much of his 3.5 years with this company he spent in the service department where he really learnt how to troubleshoot and fully grasp the full concepts of electricity.

The remainder of the apprenticeship he spent with an overhead door company. He was one of 3 electricians for a large and very busy door company. His tasks were much more tedious and required a much higher level of attention to detail. He gained alot of experience with control wiring and furthered his understanding of electronics.

Taggart over the years has been trained for many different tasks and to be able to use different machinery like, fall arrest, aerial work platforms, and zoom booms.
